A gift card for a lingerie store? Who is this actually a gift for, you or her?
I strongly recommend against it. You could get her a gift card for a department store, or one of her favorite stores, if you wanted to go the gift card route.
I'd also like to point out that Victoria's Secret only carries a small range of bra sizes, so unless you're 100% positive that your GF shops there, avoid it like the plague. (I also think their bras are poorly constructed, but that's another story!)

You've got to hand it to their marketing people, because they've done well making people think that VS is fine lingerie.
