That guy friend of mine joked about raping me as we were teasing each other (in a totally non-sexual way...). We were joking, telling annoying things to each other on purpose and he ended up saying this, in a joking way of course, kind of like "if you don't stop this i'm gonna rape you... so please don't stop ! ". He is a well educated guy, always nice to me, i know for sure he would never mistreat a girl of course. I made him understand i didn't really find the joke funny, things got awkward and he kind of apologized and felt a bit stupid...
What does it mean ? Could it mean he might be a bit attracted to me ?

As a general rule, rape isn't funny. Enthusiastic bed-breaking consensual sex is not rape. It's just best not to go there.
Sorry, unless he's 17 years old, anyone with their head screwed on correctly isn't going to use a referent for sexual assault as any kind of come-on or indication of interest. As has been said, he gave you a big red flag. There is every reason not to hang out with him independently for any time into the future. Real men don't use this in their vocabulary to indicate any type of contact with a woman. Let him know why you are having nothing more to do with him and that's it. No excuses, no shame. Nothing like this is a slip or casual mistake. Nothing.
