Try Brampton, Canada. Highest insurance in Canada and more than half the population are Indian. You know, a country that doesn't obey traffic laws. They run red lights. They stop in the middle of the road to drop people off in a 60 zone. They grind and get cars stuck on traffic islands. They do crazy.
