People are looking for someone to "complete" them. The problem is, a healthy person is looking for a complete person. You have to be a complete person on your own before a romance like that can take off.
I don't see why people make entire threads about this.
I mean, I've done it already, but I don't see why I should shout to the world this information, it doesn't effect them and I'm not looking for sympathy. I don't really care what others think.
If this is a decision you've made then keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone unless you have to and fill your life with other things that make you happy. I have.

First off, quit focusing so much on getting the girl and make yourself a better person so that you can become more confident which is a very attractive trait. Focus on your career, hobbies, friends, volunteerism, spiritualism, intellect, etc...
Also, you are not in a fraternity anymore... Women tend to grow out of the teenage stage where they are chasing frat boy eye candy, because they no longer need a dude who just looks good in mixer pics and makes all their sorority sisters jealous. Usually women start wanting a little bit more than that as they mature.
