This is the only place I "chat"

I like live chat however I think those rooms are a thing of the past...too many trolls and bots in them.

As for the people around here being mature and decent in this chat thread...depends on the night. We are like a box of chocolates...never know whatcha gonna get.

I hope so guys...

I don't really know for sure.

My body has sustained tremendous punishment over the years.

Better have it looked at if it persists.

Hey Sixy, do you use any skincare products that even out skin tone?

I remember you mentioning something about skin treatments a while back.

I didn't know they were pretty much done with.

I know we've beat the Miley Cirus thing to death, but I just came across this article and it's perfect.

We made a "stove top" version of sheppard's pie last night.

I turned out better than most baked in the oven versions I had.

We used cauliflower and mashed potatoes together to help try and cut back on some the of the carbs/starch.

Good stuff Maynard.

Stovetop sounds good, When it's about ready to serve I'd put it under the broiler for a few to crisp the top. I've been wanting to do the cauliflower potato mix sometime.

We are now under a winter storm watch tonight and tomorrow.

Yeah, the cauliflower/potato mix is better than I thought it would be.....

I'm not really doing a "low carb" diet per se, just trying to watch some of the obviously high carbs such as the breads and potatoes..... I eat them, but try and just limit how much.

Yes, it is nice being slender once again. I am game to try new things, or use different methods to cook.

Boy howdy, I am enjoying my day off. I should do some more housekeeping. But a nap would feel good too.

Never thought to try that, sounds like a fantastic idea, I will be trying it soon.
