Most western men find women with thin facial features to be attractive and I don't possess that at all. I become incredibly jealous of women who can easily date western men and get their approval. Seek professional (therapy) help to work on you self-esteem issue. Most men don't find angry, bitter women with low self-esteem very attractive.
It's not my anger or bitterness that is chasing them away (although they never approach so there's nothing for me to chase away) it's how I look that is causing them to not be interested in me. Most men find women with thin facial features (narrow nose, fairskin, straight hair) to be attracted and I possess none of those features. As a result, I am very angry and desperate right now. I don't know what to do. I feel like my life is meaningless and has no value if I can't get an American man to find me attractive.

Do things... explore the world around you... don't envy other women... its' hard not to do it... I get it...don't worry so much about getting men's attention, just be in the moment.... stop comparing yourself to other women..... you get self esteem by being diligent in reaching your goals and try to not judge yourself so harshly....
