As a woman, I think it's fairly on the mark, I just really dislike the term " friendzone".
The only problem is men will interpret anything as signals of interest. Especially the touching one and the eye contact one. I can't even count how many hot women have held my gaze. People tend to do that when you are looking at them.
Really, you have just as much of a chance of being wrong and getting rejected in my experience. I should share my stories of signs that women had CLEAR interest and I ended up being dead wrong, but I won't. You've heard 'em before.
But yea, if a woman gives what you think is a signal, act on it. Why not?
Yeah. The twirling of the hair and the keep looking are the signs.
My favorite thing is, like yesterday, I was walking down the mall an a girl comes out of this store and walks directly at me. Our eyes met, she scans me down as she passed.
Now, if guys could read minds I would have liked to hear that one. Everybody makes comments in their head when first seeing someone. That incident could have went either way, good or bad I suppose.
I say 'I like you and I'd like to get to know you better' or something along those lines.
I guess I don't play games or do the 'hinting' stuff because most guys honestly couldn't read a woman if she came with an instruction manual. So far, that hasn't really worked for me because most guys don't like forward women (unless they're hot) or they just assume I'm easy and down for hooking up.
When I saw the article was written by a chick I immediately clicked the "X" at the top right corner. I didn't even bother to read the first sentence. Every grown man knows getting dating advice from women is even more worthless than 8-track tapes.

WTF???
You're joking right???
That article was pretty simple and one of the better ones I've read in a while..... seemed like common sense 101.....
Back when I was16- 17 and dating if I got the dreaded " I like you a a friend" I moved on, f that. Go cry on someone else's shoulder I have friends. I didn't have girl "friends". I had women I wanted to have sex with and the ones that held no interest or attraction like women over 55 and my mom, aunts, nieces. Other than that if you were 18-55 and not related it was fair game. Yeah I was somewhat a man *****
If you get placed in the friend zone GTFO. Or if you are a get the girl or die trying kind of guy just know when/if she finally comes around you'll get the leftover basket case motorcycle every other guy rode hard and put away wet. And remember you were her LAST choice in a relationship. F that
