There were actually a few who were far better than anyone else I'd been with, all around the same time. I married the best of the best, and it's still awesome.
Lol at all the women who fondly remember the amazing sex with bad boys and alphas but are claiming that their mediocre provider lover of today makes up for it everywhere else. Classic.

The by-far best lover I ever had was someone who would probably strike you as utterly beta.
Has it effected my other relationships? Not him specifically, but I did marry an (alpha) guy who was so-so for me in bed, because he was great in every other way, and because I thought 'This is how grownups have sex, I guess'.
But that is not something I would do again, now that I know there are grownups who are more my style in bed. I don't need a future husband to be the Best, but I need him to be very good -- for me -- I think this is more about compatibility than good/bad. One one person thinks is fantastic, another finds blah.
One girl sticks out in my mind. She is extremely intelligent. Is a polyglot, speaking at least 7 languages more or less fluently. Has an eidetic memory as far as I can tell. Ridiculously good at manipulating ppl. Pretty amazing for someone from an illiterate peasant background. Used to have a couple sessions with her per month. She's a millionaire now tho, got out of the sex business years ago. But no one has been able to compare to her skills in bed.
Example: Some people would think that my lack of interest in roleplay means I am boring in bed. But, for me, someone who wants to pretend to be somebody else, rather than connect deeply as themselves, is no good in bed, and I would find them terribly boring.
That's what I mean about it being about compatibility, not good/bad in some objective sense. Though I think that does exist, too -- not caring about your partner's pleasure, for example.
