What do women think when they see a very physically attractive man?

Simply a spinoff of this one :

That he is pretty to look at, but no more likely to be compatible with me than the average guy.

I've noticed that while guys spend quite a bit of time staring at a woman, especially if he finds her attractive/some body part is revealed that he's fixated on. I used to be guilty of it all the time and still occasionally do. Girls all over the world see it, and it's not too hard too miss, honestly. Just for kicks I'd see an attractive woman and instead look at where the eyes of my buddies went. Without fail.

And people wonder how girls get creeped out.

Girls, I've noticed, can be a lot more subtle about checking out guys - they do it in a split second and their eyes keep moving. If you're looking for it, you can see them do it. I've noticed I've had much better luck when I do the exact same thing, and in the event I do make eye contact, smile and acknowledge their presence.

As to what goes on in their minds, that's a complete loss to me.

For the most part yes I agree. But if they are in a group they tend to be less subtle.

I think the difference between men and women is sort of like this.

When I see a very attractive man, I think "oh he's really attractive." And then he is out of sight, out of mind.

But if I interact with said attractive man (and he seems appealing) then I'll think about more. It isn't enough to just see that he is attractive. He also has to do something that enhances his attractiveness.

I.E. and attractive man who opens the door? Swoon. Attractive man walking across the street. Eye candy till he is out of sight.

"There is an attractive man."

That's about it. I don't know him, and that's a key for me when it comes to actually being attracted to someone.
