The BMI charts put me at 165 or 170 (top end of the scale). When I was that weight in HS I look at pics of me then and I looked pretty thin, even though I had some solid muscle, did a lot of weight lifting back in the day. I still looked a little thin. So that's kind of where I'm pulling the 175 180 thing from.
I generally use the BMI charts (I don't have enough muscle to skew things, IMO), along with my height and general build. Even at my lowest goal, I'll still be closer to the top of the range than the bottom. Thin/skinny is not an attainable goal for me! I'm trying not to get hung up on a certain number, but right now I am still very close to the overweight limit. I want to give myself a little more breathing room.

EEW! This is why it's alway important to carry an air atomizer everywhere you go, you just never know when there will be an attack.

If we're talking ideally here, I'd like to lose 15lbs. If I'm being realistic, I am hoping I can get 8-10 off. I'd like to be in the mid-130's

He'll have to deal with the old lady face...LOL
Oh, hell no! You start showing the "concentration camp" face your husband is not the one you will be hearing it from.

That's a rhetorical question, right?

Until you have to dodge the period blood on the steps, in the bathroom, and on the conference room chair, don't whine to me. Yes, that really happened!

Gross. I've encountered that in the restroom at work and it boggles my mind that the women here would do that. We work in a high profile agency and we're polished professionals ...and someone can't keep their bodily fluids in check? Ugh.

We had to call in the cleaning people to clean the restroom once because someone had explosive diarrhea - on the seat, floor, wall - and just left it. LOL. Sick.

Hello all!

WELCOME ME ALL TO YOUR HUMBLE ABODE!

My body is ready!

EDIT: Gross I just read the posts above me and I feel like hurling. If my girlfriend did that I would have to punish her and have her sleep in the dog house. SRS
