This is a serious question I want to ask you all. I honestly don't believe there is a woman out there for me, but I don't want to talk about that. My focus is on your beliefs. Do you actually believe this fairy tale of true love?
Sometimes in life we expect more than we are willing to give to a relationship, and in that, we fail to find true love. Give as much as you take, and the answer will be yes. Everyone has someone for them in this life. Whether we find that soul mate or not is an entirely different question. The world is a big place. One of the attributes of the human condition is that we most times refuse to acknowledge defeat. Even in the depths of despair, there is always hope. To the OP, my answer is yes. True love is real. But, sometimes it may be hard won. The fact is if you live in the negative, the results of your life will be negative. I searched the better part of my life before I found my answer, and it was worth all my tribulations.
It *might* exist for a very limited few. there could be extraordinary circumstances where two people meet and are literally clones of each other in their likes,dislikes and ideals of each other. But, I think this is such a rare occurrence we almost never hear about it.
I believe in it and 'The One'. But, I believe if you have only dated 3 people in your life the odds of your current SO being even being a 'Great or Best' match for you is unlikely considering there are 7 Billion people on Earth
True love is what you make of it. I definitely believe in it. I experience it every day.
