Based on your posts about driving and about the general obsessiveness, I'd say you probably have OCD. *I am not a mental health professional and that's who you need to see.*
I do have OCD and have been in a treatment center for it. I'm able to function better and hace more time free. But I don't have much to do with that time I guess.

What are you doing with your time now? Are you still in high school?
Like I said, go see a counselor.
As far as not having had a girlfriend at 18, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that and it's not unusual at all.
Reminds me of me when I was 18. I didn't get help, now I'm in my mid 30's and make $9 an hour while never having a girlfriend or any friends and living in a dead end small town.
Get help! Don't waste the prime years of your life living like a loser.

First of all of course you don't know, you are 19. But on the other hand so do are other 18 years old. It's normal.
Money is a life long hobby some people take a long time to really get a handle on it. So subscribe to Kipling's and/or join a savings club. Go to your bank and ask a councillor there. At least they should be someone who won't be pissed off if you make more or less than they. Banks pride themselves on confidentiality and can advise you on what to save for and when. And don't be surprised if they don't know how to help you. If you realize that, ask them for advice as to where you can go. Any clubs they might know.
Tax accountants can be tricky, but since I assume you aren't making much right now they can't take much advantage of you. So line up a few tax accountants and get a few appointments. Why? Because the first meeting is always free. The next thing about taxes is if you are hired for a full-time job they're usually people who will give basic advise. If the job offers 401k and such things take them. Don't listen to a cohort that says you are too young or you can do it later. Do it now. And if down the road someone tries to convince you to cash in don't do that either.
Automobile repair: There must be a class at your community school that will teach you that. If there isn't check out the local yellow pages or go to the local garage and tell them you want to learn. Who knows you might get yourself involved in a technical service college (General Motors has one) and make six figures the rest of your life. And yes they should be happy to take girls.
Acquiring an apartment: Ask friends. Most won't have much to say, because chances are they were just lucky or mom and dad helped. The rule of thumb I have stuck to is look for a place that you can afford even when you aren't doing well. That way you can be assured a roof over your head when things go south. Room-mate ship might be a good start. Know that the second month's rent is the hardest. Most of the time "we" budget for the first month's rent & deposit and forget to save for the next month's rent and boy does that next month show up quickly. Also budget for a bed and linens before you move. If mom and dad let's you take yours. Yeah! After moving scour Craigslist if there is one and/or become the local thrift stores and church sales best friend. For god's sake don't buy new.
Then and always know this. No matter how old you are you will NEVER know enough because what ever age you are part of you is in learning mode. So don't be discouraged, life is always about rolling up your sleeves and diving into something new. Always. Thanks for admitting to not knowing we all don't know a lot.
i was kinda interested in hearing about your friend who wanted to give you a bj
this was a guy friend? did he think you were gay?
you kinda blew past that part
or was it a female friend?
It was a guy. He asked me once before that time and I refused. He was just curious about the same sex, but also in love with a female who constantly rejected him, and I think a lot of girls dumped him, maybe that's related? He said he couldn't ask his other friend (also a guy) because he would cut him off (implying he almost lost his friendship with him from something, maybe he wanted to give him a bj too, but I don't know). I would be cool with a female wanting to give me a bj. I am straight. He seemed desperate to suck a d**k.
