It does, seriously. I live smack in the middle of the state, so it's several hours to get to any border. I think I'm closer to Mexico than another state.

Frequent flier miles are my friend.

Today weather wise was one of the most perfect days, warm, sunny, nice breeze and very low humidity. Yesterday I got a little drenched after leaving the doctor's office. We are having such extremes from one day to the next, but I'll take it if we can expect even one more day like today before summer temps set in.

I hope you all are having a good start to your weekend. This week seems to have flown by.

I've heard that it rains everyday in Florida. Is that true?

We just got to Az. Checked in and getting ready to go see my dad.

The car outside air sensor said it was 109..... it feels more like 150 degrees.

I used to want to move to Az, screw that noise, I can't deal with 109 plus temperatures.

Nope was in with my two favorite Friday night shows. Grimm and Hannibal. Now on my way to see morning showing of Godzilla and not exactly hyped about that movie, but, it's time with the group which is usually a nice outing on a Sat.

BBL. Enjoy your Sat everyone.

2001/2002 was one of the winters we stayed at Avi,

Avi Resort & Casino | Laughlin's Place to Play! - Welcome to the Avi Resort & Casino!

by about May 25, a few days had already reached 120 degrees, too HOT...it was time for us to head north to our forests & cooler beautiful mountains...
