Socially awkward guys are probably going to have a harder time getting women than others, but I don't really hear people say they definitively can't get girlfriends.
This sums it up. Anyone CAN get a girlfriend, but knowing how to socialize gives you a headstart.
We've only been together for almost 3 weeks. That's why. Don't want to rush things.
OK, but... isn't making a relationship commitment after 3 weeks also kind of rushing things? Not that there's anything wrong with that. But I hope you are at least kissing by now!

Have you at least tried making a move? Usually, hooter girls are DTF.
I wouldn't take this advice seriously. I'm telling you because if you were formally socially awkward, you may broadcast your intentions too obviously. There is nothing worse than a socially awkward person trying to act like a player. I think we call them PUAs.

I wasn't giving advise, I was asking questions, Yo.

Ok, cool. Make your move whenever it feels right.
