It sounds so weird for someone to say they never watch TV because I know it's a lie and only be said so the guy can be impressed that she is always on the go lol I just send someone a message asking her why she is not much of a TV person and her response was

"I enjoy people in person"

As the young girls say now in 2015.......I'm just done

You don't know it's a lie. Some people really don't watch much TV, or none at all. And how could you possibly know the woman's motive for mentioning it? Usually people mention that in order to screen out people who watch a lot of TV. Most people I know who don't watch TV prefer to spend their time reading, and prefer a partner who is well-read.

So, whatever. Kind of you to let us know what irritates you in life.

I know of whole families that got rid of their TV and cable. Personally, I have a TV and watch shows, but not a lot really. I am more of a reader. But I have 3 shows a week I watch plus the news. They are all in reruns now too.. bleh, I hate reruns (and don't watch them). Well, the news isn't reruns, but it seems like it anymore.

Anyway, I hate talking about TV to some men. Last guy I dated, the one I just broke up with, would call me and talk about what he watched on TV in great detail... I'd zone out because I didn't watch the same shows and I couldn't relate. So maybe some people just say the aren't much of a TV watcher to avoid that type.

Believe it or not, there are people who do not have TV in their homes, be it by choice, or due to lack of money. I could give you at least a handful right off the top of my head.

So once we spend a quiet evening together and watch a movie isn't that going to be on a TV?
