Is it wrong to these guys? Or is it just part of the moving on process? Should you wait until your completely over the person before getting back out there?
Depends on what it takes for you to get over someone.
Some people find new crushes.
Others it takes time.
Some people just give up.
Me personally if I still like someone, I don't try to date or talk to other guys because you run the risk of leading them and comparing them to your ex, hindering the process. At least for me anyway.
It can't hurt, as long as you don't lead anyone to think you're ready for a relationship if you're not. Why not have some fun and distract yourself from the person who dumped you?

They say the best way to get over someone is to get under someone. . However I'm with JJ on the golden rule. If you're really messed up with someone else then chances are you're not ready for a new relationship.

Is this casual dating or is this dating just one person and he thinks you might be ready for a relationship?
Casual dating? Not a biggie.
Anything else? Get your head straight first.
