I've been told she is not into clubbing. Her folkes weren't there either. Most likely she is with the folkes.

A couple of weeks ago she was at church and it was carnival weekend. Big holiday here in Panama. The most common thing was to go with her friends to carnival and she was at church.

When I see her again...but still I'm trying to build some conversation first.

I've been reading a lot about dating younger women, and I want to have a conversation with her first, then let's see what happens.

It seems MrsApt that you have prejudices agains "older men than you" trying to picking you up. It's not the same 25 to 44, than 40 and 60. Come on...A sixty year old most likely has children of his own.

The "creepiness" is because I read and analyze all the inputs done here, and yes it's a surprise that a 20 year old gap is considered a "no no". Yes, it's a surprise for a 25 year old was surprised a person, introduced himself to her.

The strategy is mostly one thing: to talk to her more. Because even if I was 30, going out with a complete stranger is often dangerous, even if I know her through mutual friends.

It's not a "methodical scheme", it's not that I want to lure her to my apartment, man cave or whatever because I want to deflower a "virgin" or something of that nature...come on...

You sound like a feminist...geesh!

Sometimes it's disappointing when people don't live up to your expectations of them - and it also makes it harder to know what they are really like because you've already assumed what they are like.

And as for not looking your age - well it doesn't really matter how old you look. You are how old you are. When I was 13, I looked like I was 17 or 18 but I still couldn't drive a car. Like I've said - your age might not be a big deal to her. But it might be.

So you don't think that a 60 year old is the same as a 40 year old - but you think that a 28 year old is the same as a 44 year old?

On february of last year I went out with a girl more or like her age. It feel awkward for me, because I felt I was with a niece really. But it was more of the "childish attitude" than her age.

The advice in bold is very important, I made that mistake often.

But in the long run what matters is how you feel with the person. Not the age.

60 year old for me is not the same as a 40 year old.

A 28 year old is close to 25 year old.

Psychology defines maturity as "the learning process by experience" it's not the years it's the mileage.

I know a couple of divorced guys 42 years old and they think and act like a regular 20 year old kid.

We don't know that yet...I introduced myself to her, that's a surprise.

Next time I'll say "hi" again and try to engage in conversation.

We are in a group that preaches to look amongst ourselves as a recomendation, not a law, for a relationship towards marriage.

Some young women prefer older men because of the stability and stuff.

Sounds cultish and a bit disturbing.

Ain't playing anything Mrs.

It seems because you have a kid which is 25 years old you don't want to date him older women, and that's fine, but the fact is..IS NOT THE SAME

I can be a "sugardaddy" but it's not my style.

Others doing? It was just an example.

Look for David Cross and Amber Tamblyn as well. 20 year old gap and he really looks OLD.

By the way ain't bald, don't need viagra and I'm more in shape.
