Does tattoo means true love?
My ex girlfriend of 4 years(Jan 2011 to JanI 2015) showed of her girlfriends tattoo of my exes name on Instagram.
Ex says that her girlfriend "been through pain for her"
I'm a 27 year old guy BTW. Ex is 21 and her girlfriend is 24(they been together from October or November 2014 and in late january my ex's girlfriend who is 24 years old got my ex'sname tattoed on her)
I have no tattoos on me at all by the way and has not once had one.
P.S. Not to mention i haven't cheated on her once, notblied to her, been upfront to her , been there for her etc.
I think that some people who get tattoos of their s/o's name think that their relationship will last forever, but then something goes wrong, money is spent and another price to pay is pain (pain from a failed relationship, pain from getting the tattoo removed/covered).
Not really. I have a tattoo of a butterfly on my shoulder. Doesn't mean I love them lol
It's just a nice gesture. But not a basis for saying it's true love. And it's a bit stupid, since if you break up, it's a bit awkward to go to bed with Amy while Jill is still tattooed across your chest lol
So, it's really a tad obsessive. Like fangirling over a celeb, and you have their posters all over your wall and on your computer.
Awww snap you have a tat?!
But to answer the OP, no it does not. I would never get a tattoo of someone's name on my body unless we were related. (mom, dad, bro, gma, etc.)
Anyone else's name is really idiotic. Especially if that person is your bf/gf. What if you and that person broke up and you end up despising one another?

Looking back, I wish I had gotten a nice red for it, rather than blue for skin contrast. But it's still good. Plus I hear blue is a more lasting color.
