So i have a serious question. Are periods usually more painful for childless women when they reach age of 30+? Someone told me, its because nature is telling them that they should reproduce. If thats really the case, i feel silly never having heard of it in my life.
Yes women can get cranky during their menses but thats pretty temporary. My ex was a nightmare when his sinuses were acting up and that was pretty often. So as you see it could be worse. Just put your big guy undies on find something to build or fix during her mood.

Another serious question what is it called when a doctor checks a woman's vaginal area? It always peaked my interest on why and what it was for lol. Although im a guy.

Nature telling us we should reproduce is why women are super horny around ovulation. A more painful period wouldn't really have an effect on babymaking, other than ensuring that she doesn't want to be touched.

No it's because their body is changing.
Women whom had a child are less likely to develope breast cancer.
