I think the article linked was good. It was realistic of being young and superficial in the 90s, actually. Very Night at the Roxbury. It was different for me, in that I really liked the whole getting “ready” to go out with my friends, meeting people, and having new adventures. If it’s not the goal to go home with someone by the end of the night, one has a completely different experience. There’s no Failure, just different experiences.

Actually that’s the same feeling I’ve had with OLD, the experience is what you make of it, and how one views people. Have fun, or don’t.

I did the club thing in the 90s. I recall talking to a woman that like online dating, people take on a new "persona" when out on the town. Then when they get back home, they are like a completely different person.
