(AP) -- Erik Youngdahl and Michelle Garcia share a dorm room at Connecticut's Wesleyan University. But they say there's no funny business going on. Really. They mean it.
Well..., this looks like it could become interesting!

Unfortunately, any sexual assaults will most likely go unreported, or be handled internally by the school administration.

How little progress we, as a species, have made when the first thing that comes to mind when we think of men and women sharing a living space is rape.

I think there is not likely to be a lot of sex between two people if they are living with eachother day-to-day. It's exciting to see someone infrequently, and not witness them doing the mundane things which they normally do in the privacy of their home, like burping, being a pig, and spending all their free time on internet forums. Plus, did you see the picture of the two students on that article? Neither of them could be called a 'looker.' I'm gonna try not to think about them having sex

PS: No I do not burp.

I don't get what the big deal is. Two people are sharing a room and not having sex. So?

I see no problem with such an arrangement if the two are happy with it. Some people just tend to get along better with the opposite gender.

Personally, if I were to live in a dorm, I'd rather have a male dorm-mate whom I got along with over a girl whom I didn't.

These are sexually active young men and women, there is a difference in age and maturity levels, especially with males!

And you think this is the underlying cause of rape?
