Go ahead and follow your plan. Maybe tell her you can't see her for a couple weeks because you are going on a trip. Tell her about it when you get back.
Makes no sense to cancel because of someone you don't know that well.
It never occurred to me to cancel a trip with a female friend of mine when I was planning on proposing and my friend was already engaged. We had planned the trip about 6 months before. We had only been dating a couple months.
