How old are you? How long have you been dating? Are you the one always calling her to get together? Or does she also call you up for dates?
Otherwise, you want to make sure that you have similar life goals. Like sharing the same religious and moral values, how you spend your money, having kids, wanting to buy a house or just be renters... stuff like that.
Women tend to be expressive to their partner about their feelings, whether on a positive note or not. If her response to you is more on the non interest side, chances are she's not. Follow your heart and mind. Or you know what..make it easy on yourself and just ask!

she either has never been loved, been through trauma, been burnt by men, has some emotional disorder that prevents her from expression (have you ever heard of autism??) or she isn't into you and is too chicken to break up.
