if you are asking how to lower your own sex drive, i'm not sure that is desirable. To me sex drive is a vital life force, a source of vitality, and to me it is always welcome. Now there are periods sometimes for years when I am not sexually active with another person, but even then i don't want sex drive to go away. I figure it is a sign of health and vitality. If there is a pressure that needs to be relieved, then giving yourself pleasure is quite practical.
