I lost track how many times I've gone up and down the stairs. Since the game is going into the bottom of the 14th, given I've been making 2 round trips most innings, it's at least 20 times.
I also have a TV upstairs, but it's a dinky CRT, whereas I got hi-def w/ 5.1 sound downstairs. The exercise + better audio and video is worth it.

Both of mine are dinky, so it doesn't make any difference to me. Not that I care anyway... I'm too lazy to go get my 2nd beer, let alone run up and down all night. I can't have my libido lowered now, can I?!

I'm 53, I have been taking this medication for several months now, because my live-in partner has menopause and doesn't want sex anymore and I don't want to take a lover, plain and simple!

there is something really off kilter when someone seeks to blend "exercise" and "watching tv" in the same rationale. Sort of like diet ice cream, it just doesn't cut it.
