We had a nice 72 degree day here is So Cal so we decided to stop by our favorite outdoor resturant/bar that has a marina view and had a late lunch with a bottle of sparkling wine.

I spent the day with my 2 sons (who are in college)...celebrating my baby boys 21st birthday! I am very proud of my boys - its the one thing I have done right in my life!!
I've stuck to my post-Thanksgiving diet. Well...not so much a diet, but just a plan to get back on my usual track and eat fewer carbs while taking in more protein.
I donated cat and dog beds to the town shelter. Talk about feeling good. This was awesome to do because these poor animals that don't get adopted in a certain time frame get put to sleep and maybe with a cozy bed it will bring them a little happiness. I don't know, but I can hope it does.
That's my happiness for the day.
