I missed the Obama speech becasue I canclled my satellite, too much money every month, and too much sex, cursing...etc...oh well, at least I can watch it on the internet...

I just finished putting the speakers in the house so I can finally listen to music while I clean!! Yes, I hooked them up...even swapped out an electrical switch so I can dim my chandelier in my foyer! Woohoo!!

Did you turn off the circuit breaker before you changed the switch to a dimmer?

Of course I turned it off Now I am off to find new outdoor sconces...the folks that inherited the house and then sold it to us, took the original sconces and left us with crappy ones

I guess I shouldn't complain, he's buying. I'm half tempted to offer to buy and go to a regular restaurant. You know the kind. The ones that don't advertise an "Early Bird" special.
