Really no big deal. The first 60 years might have been tough, but the last 45 were a piece of cake.
It's easy to resist temptation..... When no one is offering.
Edit: Consider if you will, If you feel no temptation, than resisting ANYTHING is not virtue.
Example: I have NEVER used or been tempted by the use of drugs. Put me in a room filled with Heroin, I feel nothing, not tempted. Now the recovering addict that is placed into the same room and resists, THAT is virtue.
I have a very difficult time trying to resist sexual temptations.
The burning agony of sometimes being around females, is nearly over-powering, to me. But I have made adjustments, so that I am rarely exposed to females. It seems to work for me, but days when I must go out into public [whether it be a grocery store, or whatever] will give me wet dreams for weeks afterward.
I find it hard to imagine that anyone could be so non-interested in sex, that they could go their entire life without.
Obviously I do know such people. Where sex simply has no draw to them. What a blessing it would be, to be able to go without and to never be in agony for it.

You can't miss what you never had. It's much harder to go without sex after having had great sex than it is to go without sex when you've never had any. Let's say you never in your life ate a kumquat. Do you miss them? Nope. Can't miss what you've never had.

That's true, but I find it hard to perceive the total lack of curiosity... Maybe some people are just wise. For instance, the reason I've never tried any drugs is that I'm pretty sure I'm gonna love them...
