I went a while by myself. I never thought I would be alone forever, just did not know when I would be 'together' with someone.

It didn't seem to matter one way or the other. It felt good after I left him. I have been with my bf going on 6 months now. Seems like longer, but when I type out those words and read them back, that seems like a long time to me... weird.

You seem to be doing pretty well Jeep. I'm a little anxious myself as I date more and see what happens....such uncharted territory for me.

My general goal is to have at least 2 dates a week, probably don't have time for much more than that. The good news is that I am actually starting to get worried that I may have bitten off too much so I'm trying to pull back a little bit.

One thing that is funny is that I'm talking to some women that are 41-42 (and some the other direction age-wise)...the minute I tell them my wife was about 4 years older than them they suddenly get really interested in the "younger guy" chatting them up. lol.

I just think women with some maturity that have kept themselves in decent shape are HOT.
