I think men and women have different definitions of "curvy". Men think curvy as being sexy (hourglass shape) and women tend to use the term "curvy" when they should really be saying "FAT".
Everyone is going to have a different definition of curvy.
I would say these two girls are NOT curvy. They are not obese either. I don't think either one of them would have a problem getting a date for Saturday night though
Curvy is a body build, not a weight. A curvy person has a low waist/hip ratio (slim waist, large hips) large butt and ample round breasts. Not these obese hordes today who try to sugar coat their obesity with such words when "fat" would simply do. Nobody with a fat or pot belly can call themselves curvy, that's out of proportion which is never attractive.
An idea of what I'd call curvy: 38-30-45 (chest, waist, hips). Perfect.
