Like will they take a bite of something of yours or a drink, without asking you?

Is this something that you start when you are dating, or after you say 'I do'?

Would it be wrong or hurtful if you tell them you don't like that?

If it is food on each other's plates, we ask for permission to try. Or I do puppy eyes until she just gives me some. No grabbing off of someone's plate. How rude.

I'd say people who feel the need to ask this type of questions have no business being with anybody at all.

They're observations. I'm asking how it perceived by others, that's all.

I'm about to file a harassment suit on you, Sierra!

The polite thing when you have any food or drink is to offer some to those around you first.

i know my hubby has a thing about this, so even tho it doesnt bother me, i respect him enough to ask before i take a drink or if i can try something on his plate. i dont take from his plate, he will either hand it to me or put it on my plate.

The only time I won't allow my hubby to eat after me is if he is sick or vice versa! I exercise considerations during those times..however, eating after a SO is actually less intimate than kissing...so not too concerned about the boundary part.
