Is it because they had a really messed up relationship with one and she's now anti-men? Or is it is just in their nature to hate on us? Is it a mental issue? Why Dios Mío, why do they hate on us?
I've never known a woman who really hates men. I have one friend who occasionally says it, but it's her inept way of expressing her disappointment with her previous or current boyfriend.
One of the things I like about men is that they can be very low maintenance- unless there's some serious unresolved sexual tension going on. I also don't think I can be a lover to a woman, but more power to those who are

I'd say it's more frustration than hate and the fact that you're even asking this question proves there's a valid reason for our frustration--you don't listen! If you did, you wouldn't be asking this.

Well, the women I know who do this do it because they're sick of society and family telling them they need a man. They don't want one but that decision is not respected. So they talk down the thing that society/family says they need that they just plain do not want. What they really want is for others to leave them alone about their decision to never marry.
I love men...they are great to work with and make wonderful friends. They are not catty, are straightforward, simple, no drama, etc.
However, when it comes to a relationship it gets a little complicated. However, right now I am dealing with a lot of cattiness so I am currently anti-women.
I know catty men and a lot of them are straight masculine dudes. Ever heard of hazing and or discrimination? Ya ok....I rest my case

I saw a lot of that in college. I think many women were sexually molested by men and or had violent relationships with a male figure in their lives.
Points for artsyguy. Later in life, we figure that out.
I was too naive in college to figure that out, but within 5 years, it was apparent that something in their relationships with their daddies went south (literally)...or with a guy that mistreated them. But they, aren't they with the guy that mistreated them because it's just like daddy was?

Human nature I expect. People do crappy things to each other. (by the way I went to the Fair in your town last year. )
