According to media lore, good looking people are always supposed to be attracted to each other. Besides, who would watch the programs or read the articles otherwise?

very interesting. it has to do with the creeping distrust among the sexes, which has been caused by massive social rip off for sometime. the social revolutions of the 60's gave us impossible expectations which will never be fulfilled---- result is hoards of people looking for the impossible.
the gnawing dissatisfaction which is a gaping canyon, never filled.
