Ok, I think enough people have told you you should't do it. With that being said, I get the feeling you're going to do it no matter what while your emotions are running high.
Just remember, if you ever start dating again, and I suspect you will, your new SO may not be to happy to find out it's out there. Let's face it we all have ex-lovers but would you really want to see your current one with a former one on the internet? To remind you they've had others? I might know about it intellectually but I wouldn't want to see it...
Also, employers are checking people out online these days, their myspace and facebook pages and beyond...they may decide they don't want someone who would post that type of thing. Let's face it, they may know lots of people view it but they don't want to feel you would MAKE pornos either and post them. They may feel it's a sign of bad moral character, immaturity, etc.
Legally? Not sure what the repercussions would be but if you have kids, do you want her telling them one day what you did?
Seriously, can't even believe you're considering it. BAD IDEA. Wow. Just wow.
Alright, I'm starting to realize this was kind of a mistake after the fact. I ended up just placing the video on a DVD and giving it to one of her guy friends that's very close to her entire social circle in this metropolitan area. She's been in this area for ten years and her friends are super party people, but now I know our divorce has really involved everyone in the circle (I became a part of her social group during our short marriage). Alright, so she's contacted about ten people at my work and things are getting crazy around the office. Some people are glad I got her back, but a lot of people really do wish I would let things go. We'll see how things escalate from here, but I do feel a lot better for now.
You basically just posted the video on the internet. Once you handed the DVD to a friend, you lost control of where it will end up. How many friends and friends of friends will it be passed before it shows up? Posting on this forum also shows intent when your posts get linked back to you, so you just won the lawsuit for her.

Either you're a troll who is lying through you're teeth to get a reaction, or you're really just that freaking stupid. I pray, for your sake, it's the former.

Not so much diving on the Gold Coast. More beaches and surf. Once got nailed just body surfing there. Head hit the bottom of the surf hard nearly knocked me out. Some would say that explains the way I am today. hahaha J/K.
He's gotta be a troll. Hasn't been back and posted his name like a dumbass, if in fact, his name really is Bob Sowers.
I was thinking the same thing...was also thinking why would her close guy friend take it unless he was planning on giving it directly to her? That could have blown up in his face - if it had been one of my close guy friends he might have gotten punched out.
My ex-wife and I are going through a nasty divorce. She's stated she is divorcing me over pornography, however, we made our own home video once at her insistance. Now that she's told all our friends that I'm a pervert, I'm releasing our home video online. Does anyone know what consequences I can face since we both consented to making the video?
Our legal separation is already finalized and it includes a clause that we will not harrass each other, but I believe we will continue to harrass each other for several months more if not forever.
It's sad when love fades away. What did you both do that you lost the love you once had? I do feel sorry for the both of you.
So its OK for women to be "dramatic" when a relationship ends, but when a man strikes back he is told to "let it go?" For the record I DO think the OP made a BIG MISTAKE by letting that recording out. ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE CHILDREN!!!! That said I do feel his pain when she messed with his job. I totally understand why he did what he did (but that does not make what he did right either). BOB SOWERS if you do manage to come out of this without loosing your (entire) shirt in a lawsuit or pending divorce proceedings let this be a lesson to you (and trust me what I'm going to say sucks) YOUR A MAN!! As far as the court will see it your "alleged addiction" has caused the end of your marriage. The stunt you pulled will only solidify that fact (even though she is clearly a willing participant in the video look for her lawyer to try to spin it that you pressured her into doing the video, and that is proof of emotional abuse). Bottom line you played right into her hands. Walking away and taking the high road is hard, but sometimes you have to.
