As long as everyone is of age and consenting, whatever gets you through the night is fine by me, and I knew a few very interesting women before I settled down.
As Shakespeare said, "All of us have thoughts that would shame hell".
One person's pervert is another person's prude. Who cares how people get off? It's not as though this friend is trying it on you. In a civilized society we can all agree that so long as you don't cross certain boundaries (sex with children, animals, necrophelia etc) than all is good. Sure there are some holy-rollers out there who think anything more than lights out under the covers is kinky, but anyone with a healthy sexual appetite should be free to explore what makes them happy so long as it's consensual. Too many hang ups and uptight individuals in regard to sex in this country.
What I want to know is this...Am I being too judgemental?
Yes
Who anointed you the judge of what people do in their sex lives? To me there are only two reasons to engage in such a discussion. One is to learn......expanding your personal proficiency. Two is for a person to "feel out" another person because that other person may be considered a candidate for future "fun."
Freud ascertained that men develop a fetish based on what their mother was wearing when they discovered she didn't have male genetalia. Female fetishes? We never covered that in psychology, although I have known a few women that have them.
Re your friend? Only you can decide if you're being judgemental. If you dislike someone by what they do in their bedroom I guess that's your choice. We all determine our own morality.
Why do you care what your friend does in his sex life? If it bothers you then you should make sure everyone knows how you don't like to talk about sex, because contrary to what you might believe the majority of people do something that you could judge into being not the right way sexually.
I talked to a guy once, who said that when he was with his X-wife there was only one way to have sex. I thought he was joking, so I said, no wonder why she divorced you. He got angry because he wasn't joking...it was missionary with the lights off or nothing at all.

Was it his idea or her idea to only do it that way?
i would say that most men enjoy being dominated, at least sometimes, in bed. try it.
