Do you dress up for the first one? Or casual wear?

Do you bring her flowers? Alcohol? candies? (mints?)

Do you take her where tons of your dates have been already?
It changes. Usually we agree to meet somewhere, but I've had her come and pick me up before.

I bring a gift if I visit someone in their home, not so much for dates.

There are two In-N-Out burgers near me. I love my two protein style (no bun, wrapped in lettuce) double double burgers with cheese. I am also becoming a big fan of The Habit Burger.

No, in and out is different. They are the only fast food I would eat in Ca (once a month or so). I use to go to Rubios but I stopped going because I started to get headaches after I would eat the chicken meat. They do grill the meat which is good.

Anyhow, in and out is privately and family owned, all there food is shipped in fresh EVERY DAY as they have NO FREEZERS.

Quite a few yrs ago I lived in Santa Barbara and went to The Hamburger Habit a few times. They were pretty damn good.

Never would have imagined them to open more than one location.
