I didn't have to go through putting her down. She was 9 and just standing on the bed next to me and fell over all of sudden and died in my lap and I don't know why. It was awful. But that's for another forum.

I've had mine die naturally and some have to be put down. Fortunately my vet is a sweetheart and comes out to the farm if I need him to. That way we don't have to go into that scary office. What kind of dog was she?
