On another note way to go amanda. You actually posted a picture on the picture thread. Combined with mine and the other one or two people who posted one that might get us to 1% of all posters? I laugh at myself every time I click on this thread because of course there are never any pictures of anyone to see anyways. One of those why do I keep doing this and expecting a different result things I guess. lol
Actually, I don't live at the gym. I go maybe 3 times a week for a weight workout and I spend maybe an hour there each time I go. I get my cardio by jogging and playing sports with my ten-year-old son (basketball, football, etc).
Working out is important, but I could never be a gym rat. I don't think I could devote that much time to it. Also, I just don't have the desire to 'live in a gym'.
