I just finished a dozen of huge, plump, yummy shrimpies! Me tummy so happy! I think next time I go down to Mexico I should marry a fisherman and not come back! I can easily live on camaron & langosta!
I'm just checking in after being MIA for most of the day. Watched the Green Bay/Arizona play-off game earlier. Eek. I know a lot of very unhappy people right now I don't care for football and even though I was born in and raised in Wisconsin, I am not a Packer fan. But...I watched the game anyway Other than that, a relatively uneventful day.

Much healthier than what I made earlier. Gooey cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing. Made 'em at the BF's house, and we each ate one, and he made me take most of the rest of them home. I mean he loves 'em, but he doesn't want the calories, and neither do I. I just wanted to try out his bread machine, and that is one of my favorite recipes. So my son has already eaten 2, and I suspect he'll finish off the rest in a couple of days....thank goodness!!
My thighs...if I eat any more of those cinnamon rolls.
