Sounds yummy! I need to lose some weight, though, and I try to stay away from such things. Of course, my shrimpies did swim in lots of butter! Otherwise it's a waste of good shrimpies!
You'll be so proud of me, Chess! I've become a regular home-gym rat! I'm proud to announce I burned 1,200 cals today! That's a new personal record! I set another record today - 600 in one sitting, no break! There are 3,500 cals in a pound, though!
Good for you girl!! I have SUCH a hard time staying focused on working out at home...too many distractions. But we do have several things here to use...my son uses them much more than I do though. I'll be back at the gym tomorrow.
I know...it takes a LOT to lose a pound...and it is SO flipping easy to gain!!
