Yep, this is medically true as well.. I have seen friends of mine who are younger...and look a whole lot older while i myself look much younger then my actual age..and it is because they choose to stress over everything..well, it plays a big part.. While a little stress is good, too much weakens the immune system and causes a number of things to happen..which can hasten the aging process... Very glad i don't allow it to effect me.. Just means i won't look like the Grinch any time soon

I personally define it as "let others do what they do, and live your own life." it also means holding an open mind and seeing relativity in all things.
Just be careful they aren't defeatist and unresponsive to their and your needs.
