I like Chipotle too but, someone else said it's not a good sit down and talk kind of place and I agree. There isn't much in the way of privacy and it's often noisy in there due to their seating design. My other gripe is that it's a messy food to eat and try to talk. I would think it's fine after you've been on a few dates but the "get to know you" dates should be someplace quiet where you can talk. Just my thoughts...
I wouldn't mind it, especially if it's a stop on the date and not the main event. My only reservations are:
1) onions
2) beans
3) the size usually puts me in a food coma
If you've been out a bit before and are comfortable with each other, it's not that bad. Especially if you don't mind if she gets guacamole all over her face (or better yet you can both joke about it)
I like Chipotle's food. However, couldn't you find better quality Mexican food for the same price?
If it was someone I've been involved with for some time and/or we were getting a quick bite, Chipotle would be fine. But if you think this is food to impress, you may want to reconsider.
I tried it once and didn't like it. I don't think it's a good place for a date, unless you've been dating for a while and just want to grab a quick bite. There are other 'real' Mexican places out there, with much better food and pretty much the same prices.
Don't like Chipolte. They always use too much rice in their burritos. They are basically a rice burrito w/ a little meat, even tho I ask for light rice they pile it on.
Their margaritas aren't bad tho. Salsa could use some work too.

McDonalds sold them off years ago and they are now a separate company that endorses organic food free of chemicals and hormones.
