And why would anybody bother? Particularly somebody who bothers with kegel?
I have done it that way in the past...mostly because I was ready for it to be over. It worked...this guy believed me because he'd been trying to hold off and wait for me...soon as the 'kegals' started, he was finished and inside I thanking myself for being so smart at that moment. Yeah I'm not much of an expert on the subject matter. I just always heard the good things about the kegels. For further discussion I'm directing all pubococcygeus muscle training questions and concerns, to sandryn.

Kegels have several benefits.
1.Tighter, more resilient vaginas, especially in overweight women or those who have had children.
2. Stronger urethral control, so no incontinence.
3. Stronger orgasms because you can flex the muscles during climax, creating stronger rushes of blood.
4. You have somewhere to put your keys when you go to the beach. Okay, not really.
Why does a man have to give a woman an orgasm. Can't she take one from us like we do to them? If you got a semi attractive naked man in your bed with all the right equipment and its working, Jump in there ole gal and take an orgasm from the chump.
