I had arranged to meet a woman I met recently to see a movie at the weekend. However neither of us could make it.

It wasn't really a date as such, but she wanted to see Avatar really badly, so she asked me to come.

How do I move this from friends to more?

Go with the flow. Make sure she doesn't text or talk during the movie.

Easy on the soda and popcorn, I heard yesterday on the radio when driving an alarming stat.....one large popcorn and a regular softdrink, in order to burn all that energy off you would have to run for one hour and a half. But I guess another certain activity with your partner could work too.......
