I don't agree. I don't think he's playing us. I DO agree with the part about attention seeking behavior. However, I honestly believe he thinks he is blameless in his datelessness. He really believes these women spend hours each day scheming and plotting and planning ways to "get" him. Not to get him as a date, but to play him. He suffers from delusions of greatness and "hotness" and thinks WE are the ones who don't "get it".
