We all know that YOU have not burnt any witches, but lots of so called christians did in the recent past.
Possibly a tangent here, but it wasn't really recent. Witch-burnings mostly ended in the 1700s I believe. In the US witch-burnings didn't really happen because the witch-fever occurred among Puritans and Puritans considered burning to be something Catholics do. They killed suspected witches, but it was by hanging. Maybe drowning on occasion, not sure on that.
The spreading of AIDS is not just by homosexuals, AIDS affects every walk of life and anyone who engage in unprotected sex and it is not just a disease of the homosexual and I find it very hard to believe that you are completely ignorant of that fact.
I'd like to add that according the last research I heard reported, lesbians had the lowest reported cases of HIV. This is commonly cited and probably commonly known information though.

Folks, here is a prime example of someone who is so ignorant of what's going on in today's society that he still lives in the Dark Ages and this is the kind of person who is as dangerous to society as the pope is with his statement that the use of condoms is what causes AIDS in Africa. This individual will pretend to be all knowledgeable about what goes on in society today and has absolutely no idea of what they're talking about, they can't interact with other people in an open society and although they pretend to be knowledgeable of certain subjects, they are absolutely ignorant of any of those subjects whether it be scientific, medical, or whatever, so this is a pretend to be intelligent individual and has absolutely no credibility in the outside world.
God's commandments have nothing to do with us feeling better about ourselves. It has everything to do about obidence to the God of the Bible.
Problem is there is a double standard among most Christians. You put all your effort into bashing gays but let other sins slide because to you they aren't as big of a deal. Christians say homosexuality is worse because the Bible calls it an abomination in Leviticus, many going as far as to say God will soon rain down fire and brimstone from heaven to destroy this country. That said, there are many other more accepted sins the Bible also considers an abomination that I don't see being protested. Gluttony is an abomination...why don't Christians take picket signs to McDonalds? Divorce was looked highly down on by Jesus (who never made a direct reference to homosexuality), yet most churches, even conservative Baptist ones, will perform a wedding for a couple where one or both spouses has had a previous marriage. One of the pastors at the church I attended growing up would do a sermon about homosexuality probably once per month, proclaiming that God will soon destroy all homosexuals and their supporters with fire and brimstone and that if somebody becomes homosexual they have been irreversibly cut off by God, yet he was caught having a pornography addiction. This is the kind of double standard I am talking about.

If I am a perversion, then why hasn't God destroyed me? As a gay Christian, God sure doesn't seem to be trying to ruin my life or kill me off. 14 years in the same relationship, two beautiful children, a great church, nice house...
And as for destroying families, seems to be those who live in the "heterosexual lifestyle" are the ones destroying families.
Clearly, conservative Christians do not support the homosexual lifestyle. Because it is the Bible that does not support it.

That verse was used for centuries to condemn masturbators, NOT homosexuals. It's only since the 1950's that certain English interpreters started using the word "homosexuals" in the Bible.
Why do you think that happened? Why the change?
