Remember also, the numbers in July are very significant for aviation if you go back to July 2nd, because they coincide with Boeing's jetliners, 7-2-7, 7-3-7, 7-4-7, 7-5-7, and 7-6-7...
Thank you, Mike these facts just bring tears to my eyes , to know that now I can intellectually carry on a conversation with an aeronautical engineer

or how about someone with a VFR certification, and IFR training?

Of course we both know, and carry on a conversation with the original "aeronautical engineer" everyday..

My daughter was gone to visit family for a little over two /weeks. She came home on 7/6/07. SO 7/7/07 was about being able to spend some time with my daughter. I missed her very much.

I also thought of the bombings that occurred in the UK on this day two years ago...the courage the British always show in the face of diversity...The brave face they put on during WWII, being bombed by Hitlers forces is still alive in the UK today.

The only significance it held for me was that my niece turned 23, and I had a nice time in Indianapolis visiting with relatives from out of state.

No particular significance for me; just another day as far as I'm concerned. I did find it interesting, however, when I saw the news story of all those couples going to Las Vegas to get married on 7/7/07!
