I'd put a big piece of 70%+ dark chocolate in my mouth and let it melt slowly, having that flavor the last thing I remember.

I could say the kiss the wife, hug the family, etc etc - I'd probably be doing that with the chocolate in my mouth.

Seriously, hard to say. I'd probably have a million things racing through my head, and finally just take a deep breath, focus on what I'm looking at knowing it'll be the last thing I ever see, and think 'welp, this is it!'

Seriously, compared to a lot of things I've faced or might potentially face, dying in 2 minutes is not a big deal, especially if it's instantaneous and painless.
