Would you kneel and pray before a Black Jesus? (gospel, Christian, Savior)

This is not a debate about if it's possible, or if he existed.
From a discussion in another thread, I asked myself this question. Lets say for arguments sake, we find 100% no questions asked proof that JC was a black man; Or lets say middle-eastern as I think this is possible also.
Would you ask your church to change the Altar to match what we now know is true? Would you change churches if yours refused to change. Would you (likely more so if you're white, or any ethnicity I suppose) feel uncomfortable or be against changing your church and praying before a black (or middle-eastern) JC? I'm curious about people's answers though I suspect most will say it's no biggie, but likely would be a little more reserved IRL if it happened. I'm curious how many people can be truly honest here? I would see it being a much larger culture shock then I suspect some are going to try to make it.
Considering where and when he was, it seems highly unlikely that he was black - and I'm talking native of Congo, dark as you can get black. He may or may not have been olive complected. Having said that, if he's black it makes no difference at all to me. And it really makes no odds how black we're talking.
This should probably be in the Christianity section as it's specifically about Christians and seems to be directed at them.
(Okay some Hindus would kneel and pray before Jesus, any color, under the notion that all objects of worship are part of the "All-God" but still I'm pretty confident this person wasn't directing the question at that)
Wow, so sensitive about a simple hypothetical, I think one person gave an honest/real answer. The fact that people lashed out like they did - proves a little - at least to me, that it does matter. Seeing no one will try on new shoes, guess I'll move on. I don't think most really got what I was getting at, people got too hung up on the tittle of the thread and not the meaning of it. Sorry, shesh.
I'm being called a racists, against whites, as a white, because I purpose a question that makes you uncomfortable with how you feel about it. I'm not the one with hang ups on the issue.
Sorry but I'm really white with blue eyes and blonde hair so you really aren't master race white like I am.
I basically refuse to play your stupid game where divide people of the world by the general hue of their skin and then make judgements about how we think they might react to various things.
I don't care what your skin color is, the premise is racist and dumb as hell.

What about changing the color of someone's skin so it has more mass appeal is not racist? Seems 'dumb as hell' to me to portray someone as white that was not to save the sensibilities of some white folk.

Sorry for making people in the Philosophy and Religion forum think and a little. I regret wording the tittle the way I did, I think I could have conveyed the same message/thought with a little less "I know how I can make them read the thread" tittle.
