In my opinion he would receive more joy because of what he did. And the same scenario can be reversed where the poor person who had a stronger faith and gave more of himself could experience more joy.

However please don't get lost in who gets more, less or the same amount. I believe we will all be ecstatic for one another in what we've received.

I won't try to get lost in who gets more, less or the same amount, I'm gonna try to do better to live the life the Lord wants me to live and keep having a relationship with the Lord and keep accepting Lord Jesus Christ as my savior.
